Jon is the assessment guru for LPG. Since joining the team in 2003, he has
been responsible for administering and coaching clients on how to
interpret and work with the Profile XT. With this new tool in place,
we have significantly increased our success rate in hires. Jon makes
himself available via phone and internet to all LPG firms and will also
assist with background checks.
